據(jù)中國貿(mào)易救濟(jì)信息網(wǎng)，12月18日，美國Corning Incorporated根據(jù)《美國1930年關(guān)稅法》第337節(jié)規(guī)定向美國際貿(mào)易委員會提出申請，主張對美出口、在美進(jìn)口及銷售的特定用于液晶顯示器的玻璃基板及其下游產(chǎn)品和制造此類基板的方法（Certain Glass Substrates for Liquid Crystal Displays, Products Containing the Same, and Methods for Manufacturing the Same）違反了美國337條款。
